Passionate about showcasing Ireland’s finest, she has an unrivalled eye for high-end, creative solutions. Balancing a thriving career with family life, Yasmine is also a proud mum of three, and still manages to keep up with Dublin’s latest restaurants, cultural spots, and hidden gems.

Caoimhe brings over a decade of experience in incentive travel, with a reputation for creativity, building relationships and detailed destination knowledge. Representing Ireland globally, she plays an active role in SITE, currently serving on its International Board of Directors. Passionate about mentoring young leaders, Caoimhe champions the next generation of industry professionals.

Forever on an airplane, Caoimhe (Queeva) is a proud native Dubliner with a unique Irish name and often begins client meetings letting her clients in on her nickname which helps them to remember the difficult pronunciation – Queen Diva! Outside work, she enjoys festivals, gigs and lots of time with family and friends.

Angela has been a cornerstone of Moloney & Kelly since 1992, bringing decades of expertise in creating unique Irish experiences. Her deep knowledge of the country—from historic landmarks to folklore traditions—ensures programmes are authentic and memorable.

Known for her enthusiasm and sense of humour, Angela’s creativity continues to inspire the team. Away from the desk, she enjoys a strong pot of tea, indulging in her favourite American treats, and spending time with family and friends. Her passion for Ireland never wavers.

A proud Dubliner, Jennifer brings over ten years in hotel management and project delivery to the team. With her strong background in tourism, she creates tailored programmes that are memorable and engaging. Known for her attention to detail and energetic personality, Jennifer thrives on keeping experiences fresh and exciting.

Beyond work, she’s a keen golfer, a fan of Dublin’s vibrant social scene, and recently embarked on the adventure of motherhood—adding even more joy to her busy life.

One of Moloney & Kelly’s youngest yet longest-serving team members, Róisín joined in 2017 as an intern before quickly moving into a full-time role after completing her degree in Event Management from TUD. Now a Senior Project Manager, she specialises in delivering large-scale North American incentive programmes while also supporting the sales team. Known for her energy, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, Róisín ensures every programme is seamless and memorable.

Outside work, she keeps her finger on the pulse of Dublin’s nightlife and enjoys exploring the city’s bars and restaurants. She loves travelling to sunnier destinations, and dedicates her free time to fitness and running.

Kathy has spent over a decade in luxury hospitality across the UK and New Zealand before making Ireland her home. At Moloney & Kelly, she oversees incentive programmes with a focus on innovation and exceptional delivery. Known for her creative flair and dedication, Kathy ensures every detail exceeds expectations.

Outside work, she loves travelling around Ireland’s hidden gems and enjoys time with her new family member—Doris, her lively dog.

With a strong background in London’s fast-paced hospitality industry, Sarah is known for her precision, organisation, and calm under pressure. At Moloney & Kelly, she designs and delivers flawless incentive programmes with a guest-focused approach. Her strengths lie in building trust, communicating clearly, and ensuring events run seamlessly from concept to completion.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys Ireland’s sporting culture, often taking to the golf course, and appreciates the chance to unwind while keeping her competitive edge sharp.

Melissa joins Moloney & Kelly with 15 years’ experience in hotel sales and marketing for leading global brands, including Radisson, Accor, and Fairmont. Specialising in the MICE sector, she has managed international accounts, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships worldwide. At Moloney & Kelly, Melissa focuses on building the North American market while promoting Ireland’s unique offerings.

A proud new mum, she also enjoys countryside walks with her dog Bainne, riding her horse in cross-country pursuits, and discovering new corners of Ireland to share with clients.

Originally from Brazil, Haryanna brings international expertise and multilingual skills to the Moloney & Kelly team. With a strong background in tourism, product development, and digital marketing, she has been shaping incentive travel in Ireland for 15 years. A sustainability advocate, she leads initiatives within the company while volunteering in her local community and school.

Based in scenic Co. Louth, Haryanna combines professionalism with a love for nature, wellness, and family life, bringing balance and passion to everything she does.

Niamh is a Sales Manager on the Incentive Team at Moloney & Kelly. After two and a half years working on the Leisure side of the business, where she developed strong client relationships and deep destination knowledge, she has now brought her passion for people and travel into the incentive space. Curious by nature and always eager to explore—whether at home or abroad—she brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine love of connecting with people to every project.
